One platform, connected systems

Each Shikon product is a complete product on its own. The platform underneath gives them one login, one record of your institution and clear rules about which product owns which data.

One identity

Every person has one Shikon ID. A teacher who works at two institutions, or uses two products, still has one login.

One institution record

Your institution, its EIIN and its people are set up once in the customer portal. Every product you add joins that record.

One owner for each kind of data

The routine belongs to ShomoyShuchi, student records to School Management and learning content to Shikhon. Other products read that data instead of keeping their own copy.

Products keep working on their own

If one product is offline, the others keep running. A licence check that cannot reach Shikon never locks your staff out.

How data moves between products

  • Rolling out

    Routine: ShomoyShuchi to Shikhon

The routine your committee publishes becomes each class’s schedule in Shikhon.

  • Rolling out

Student roster: School Management to the products you add

Students, classes and sections are entered once and shared with the products that need them.

  • Rolling out

    Licences: Shikon to every product

Each product checks your licence when someone signs in, so access follows what your institution has.
